Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan met with the Secretary-General of ASEAN

On 29 April, Mr ETO Taku, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan and H.E. Kao Kim Hourn met at the ASEAN Headquarter/ASEAN Secretariat and discussed the plan to update the “ASEAN-Japan Midori Cooperation Plan” for further advanced collaboration on the occasion of the 2nd ASEAN-Japan Ministerial Meeting of Agriculture and Forestry in this autumn.
This plan focuses on digital/smart agriculture to enhance productivity, promote decarbonization and implement capacity building in these sectors.
