JENESYS 2.0: Japanese Language 5th Batch (Visit to Japan by Singaporean students)
10 June 2014
From 9 to 17 June, about 120 students from Singapore are visiting Japan as part of a programme on the theme of ‘Japanese Language” under JENESYS 2.0.
During their visit, participants will be visiting Tokyo, Hokkaido, Aichi, Kyoto, and Osaka Prefectures to observe history- and culture-related facilities, to pay courtesy call to a local government, and to exchange views with Japanese students.
The programme is expected to enable Singaporean students to deepen their understanding of and interest in “Japan brand” and Japanese values including its strengths and attractions, and to disseminate their experiences in their country.
