JENESYS 2.0: Japanese Language 4th Batch (Visit to Japan by Singaporean high-school students)
2 June 2014
From 3 to 10 June, about 20 high-school students from Singapore will visit Japan as part of a programme on the theme of “Japanese language” under JENESYS 2.0.
During their visit, participants will be visiting Tokyo and Aomori Prefectures to observe history- and culture-related facilities, to pay a courtesy call to a local government, and to exchange views with Japanese high-school students.
The programme is expected to enable Singaporean high-school students to deepen their understanding of and interest in “Japan brand” and Japanese values including its strengths and attractions, and to disseminate their experiences in their country.
