On 30 January, Ambassador Kiya delivered a keynote address at the Japan-ASEAN Roundtable organized by the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia, where he shared his views on ASEAN-Japan relations, the achievements of the 50th year of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation, and the direction of ASEAN-Japan cooperation for the future, followed by the discussion with the roundtable participants.
